Changes are in line at Universal Orlando’s Islands of Adventure. The theme park filed permits with the City of Orlando to allow demolition on 4.9 acres that used to house The Lost Continent attraction. No timeline has been announced, nor has a replacement attraction. (Orlando Business Journal)

Leu Gardens is getting ready to deck the trees for Dazzling Nights. The glowing holiday event will return from Friday, Nov. 28 through Sunday, Jan. 4 and wrap the space with multiple light displays while sprinkling new experiences throughout. Ticket sales begin Monday, Sept. 29.

I admit, I love shopping at Trader Joe’s, especially during this time of year. I’ve tried the Pumpkin Tortilla Chips, which was an unusual combo, but unexpectedly delicious. I recommend trying them if you see them while browsing the Sand Lake Road store.
