Tinder leaving you terrified? Hinge have you heartbroken? Bumble got you down bad?
There’s a new dating app entering the pool, and it’s perfect for park-loving locals: Single Riders. According to one of the developers, Single Riders will allow folks looking for love (or just a friend) to connect over a shared love of theme parks.
Beta testing is set to begin later this year, and you can let the team know if you’re interested in helping out. Who knows, this could be the start of your very own fairytale.

Make home improvements? Book a trip? Start saving?
If you’re a homeowner, you likely already know that your home has equity you can tap into. HELOCs might come to mind — but they’re not the only option.
Enter: Equity Sharing Home Loans. This flexible alternative allows borrowers to access their home’s equity at a below-market interest rate (read: lower monthly payments than a traditional loan).

Florida may be relatively flat, but the state’s largest climbing gym just brought a few peaks to Orlando. High Point Climbing and Fitness, a 45,000-sqft indoor climbing gym, is now open in the Packing District. (Orlando Business Journal)
Biz
What else is popping in the Packing District? Businesses like restaurant Blue Coast Burrito, contrast therapy studio SWTHZ, and cafe Grain & Berry are making progress. Grain & Berry (the only one with a planned opening date currently) is set to open in late August. (Bungalower)
Mansion Monday
Once you find the love of your life at Disney, complete the fairytale by moving into this 4,680-sqft castle. You won’t even have to redecorate — take a spin through the photos to spot the fireplace with a coat of arms + poolside dragon statues.

Oregon-based coffee shop The Human Bean is headed to Central Florida. The drive-thru spot is set to open in Winter Springs this fall with hot, cold, and frozen coffee and espresso drinks. (Orlando Business Journal)

We’re skipping the customs line this summer — Florida has its own European vibes just waiting for us. Take a ~1.5-hour drive to visit St. Augustine for the charm of coastal Spain, or a ~2.5 hour drive to Tarpon Springs — a destination with influences from the largest population of Greek-Americans in the US.
